PETER J. GILMAN, CPA - FOUNDING SHAREHOLDER

Peter founded the firm in 1983 after spending several years at the then renowned "Big-8" firm Touche & Ross (now Deloitte). He specializes in working with owners of closely-held businesses of all sizes in various industries including software & technology, healthcare, manufacturer's representatives, construction, real estate, retail, restaurants, personal service firms, and entertainment. Throughout his career, Peter has assisted his clients through various phases of their business stages from start-up to growth all the way to buy-out and retirement. Peter is also experienced representing clients before federal and state tax authorities for conflict resolution and collection matters. In addition to being a licensed CPA, Peter earned his Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from Bentley College and is a long-time member of both the MSCPA & AICPA.
